How Do I Change My Scanner Model Type In The Prisma Check Scanning Software?

  1. In the Prisma RDC, click on ‘Setup’and select ‘Options’
  2. Click on ‘Edit User Options’ and then select the model from the ‘Scanner’ list
  3. Click ‘Save’
