Auto Pay runs automatically each day. The exact processing time depends on your PMS system:
– AIM: 4:00 PM Eastern Time
– Rent Manager: 6:00 AM Eastern Time
– All other PMS systems: 4:00 AM Eastern Time

If an Auto Pay failure occurs, the system will automatically retry processing the payment for four consecutive days.

After the fourth attempt, if the Auto Pay is unsuccessful, the resident will need to make an ad hoc payment by logging into their Prisma account and initiating a one time payment.
