What If I Forgot My Desktop Check Scanning Software Password

  1. On your desktop, open the FTNI RDC software
  2. Enter your Username
  3. Click ‘Forgot Password’
  4. A pop up will appear, ‘An email has been sent to your email address with yhour temporary password. Thank you’
  5. Open the email to access your temporary password
  6. Go back to the FTNI RDC software and enter your username and temporary password
  7. You will be prompted to change your password. Enter the tempoary password along with your new password
  8. Click ‘Submit’
