1. Go to Residents > Resident Listing.
  2. Locate the resident in question and click into their profile.
  3. Navigate to the Application Info link.
  4. Under Applicant info, select the resident.
  5. Confirm the following details:
    • Only one adult resident may be assigned the Head of Household status. Please make sure there is only one.
    • The name is entered correctly (first and last names in the right fields)
    • The email address is unique (not shared with other residents in the unit).
    • The Date of Birth indicates the resident is an adult (18 years or older).
    • The resident is assigned to a valid unit.

Incorrect or missing information in these fields can prevent the resident from appearing properly in Prisma. Please confirm all these fields are accurate and if not, make the necessary adjustments.

Please note that residents sync nightly at midnight Eastern Time, so if you do make any updates, you may come into Prisma and follow the steps below to manually sync so you can validate the resident synced over.

  1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Properties’ on the left-hand side of the screen
  2. Click on the property name
  3. Click the three dots on the top right. Select ‘Sync’ and ‘Everything’

If you have validated everything is correct and you are still not seeing the resident in Prisma, please email a full screen shot of the Application Info screen for that resident to prismasupport@prth.com so we can review further.
