- In the Prisma Resident Portal, go to ‘Make Payment’ and select the ‘Cash’ payment option.
- Find a nearby MoneyGram location and provide the agent with the following details:
- Company Name: Priority Real Estate
- Receive Code: 19136
- Your unique biller account number as displayed in the Prisma portal.
- Be sure to keep your MoneyGram receipt for your records.
Once MoneyGram processes your cash payment, you’ll see it appear in your ‘Payment History’ within the portal. The payment status will show as processing initially, then update to completed within two to three business days.
