How Does Batching Work in Prisma

Each payment type (e.g., Rent, Application Fees, Security Deposits) is assigned a 3-digit batch code based on:

1. The payment type

2. The payment method (e.g., ACH, card, cash)

Batch codes are auto-assigned by Prisma when a payment is submitted.
