1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
  2. Once you locate the resident, click the ‘Actions’ button in the Action column and select ‘Lease Details’ icon (An eye icon)
  3. In the ‘Payment Methods’ card you may toggle on or off any of the payment methods shown

Note: You may need to adjust the settings in your Property Management Software as well or your changes may override when the next resident sync occurs.
