How Do I View or Update a Residents Payment Method

1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
2. Once you locate the resident you want to edit, click the three dots in the ‘Action’ column and select ‘Lease Details’
3. In the ‘Payment Methods’ card you may toggle on or off any of the payment methods shown

Please be aware that you might also need to update the settings in your Property Management Software. If you do not, your modifications could be reverted during the next resident synchronization.
