- In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
- Once you locate the resident you want to edit, click the three dots in the ‘Action’ column and select ‘Lease Details’
- Click on the ‘Transaction’s tab
- Once you locate the transaction you want to view or send the receipt for, click the three dots in the ‘Action’ column and select ‘View’.
- The detailed screen will appear. Click the three dots on the right side of the screen and select ‘View/Download Receipt’ or ‘Mail Payment Receipt’
