How Do I View An Application

1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Leasing’ on the left hand side
2. Click on the ‘ Applications’’ tab
3. By default, applications that have been submitted will be displayed. Locate the application you want to view. Click the three dots located under the ‘Action column, and select ‘View’
4. Below is a breakdown of each status:
   1. Fetching Reports – The request has been submitted to the background vendor to pull the necessary reports
   2. Pending Initial Review – The property manager must review and update the status to ‘Request Verification’ or ‘Denied’
   3. Pending Verification – The verification process has not yet started by the Prisma team
   4. Verification In Progress – The verification process has started by the Prisma team
   5. Pending Final Review – The verification process is complete and the property manager must review and update the status to ‘Approved’ or ‘Denied’
   6. Approved – The application has been approved by the property manager
   7. Denied – The application has been denied by the property manager

Please note that you have the option to either ‘Archive’ or ‘Cancel’ an application. To do this, find the relevant application and click on the three dots in the ‘Action’ column. From the dropdown menu, select either ‘Archive’ to save the application for future reference or ‘Cancel’ to withdraw it.
