How Do I View All Resident Payments
- In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Payments’ on the left hand side
- Click on the ‘Transactions’ tab
- A list of all the transactions will be shown. Utilize the search bar to filter transactions by name, amount or auth ID
- You may also use other filter options displayed
- To view the details of a transaction, click on the three dots located under the ‘Action’ column, and then select the ‘View’ button
