*How Do I View A Residents Payment History

1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
2. Once you locate the resident you want to view, click the ‘Actions’ button in the Action column and select ‘Payment History’ icon (A dollar sign symbol)
3. The previous transactions will appear along with any that are ‘Scheduled’ or ‘In Processing’ status

Note: If you want to drill into a specific transaction, in the ‘Action’ column, click view (the eye icon)
