1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
  2. Once you locate the resident you want to edit, click the three dots in the ‘Action’ column and select ‘Payment History’
  3. The previous transactions will appear along with any that are ‘Scheduled’ or ‘In Processing’ status

For more details on a specific transaction, simply click the three dots in the ‘Actions’ column and choose ‘View’.
