- In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
- Once you locate the resident you want to edit, click the three dots in the ‘Action’ column and select ‘Payment History’
- The previous transactions will appear along with any that are ‘Scheduled’ or ‘In Processing’ status
For more details on a specific transaction, simply click the three dots in the ‘Actions’ column and choose ‘View’.
