How Do I View A Rejected Guest Card

1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Leasing’ on the left hand side
2. Click on the ‘ Rejected Guest Cards’ tab
3. Locate the rejected guest card you want to view. Click on the three dots located under the ‘Action’ column, and then select the ‘View’

Note: If you want to bypass the rejection and let them apply, you may click ‘Allow Application’.
