*How Do I Troubleshoot A Resident’s First Time Login Issue

  1. Log into your Prisma account and go to the Residents tab.
  2. Use the search bar to locate the resident’s profile.
  3. Verify that the resident is using the correct email address as listed in their profile.
  4. Confirm the resident is using the correct Resident Portal URL to log in.
  5. Check if the resident is registered and enrolled in Prisma.
  6. If the resident is not enrolled, send or resend the invitation from their profile.
  7. If everything appears correct, click the Actions button and select Reset Password to send them a new password link.
