*How Do I Troubleshoot A Resident’s First Time Login Issue
- Log into your Prisma account and go to the Residents tab.
- Use the search bar to locate the resident’s profile.
- Verify that the resident is using the correct email address as listed in their profile.
- Confirm the resident is using the correct Resident Portal URL to log in.
- Check if the resident is registered and enrolled in Prisma.
- If the resident is not enrolled, send or resend the invitation from their profile.
- If everything appears correct, click the Actions button and select Reset Password to send them a new password link.
