1. In your Prisma account, go to “Payments” on the left-hand side
  2. Click on the “Transactions” tab.
  3. Use available filters such as Resident Name, Auth Code, or Date Range to search for the transaction.
  4. Click the Transaction ID to open the payment details
  5. If eligible, click “Refund Payment” at the top of the screen
  6. Confirm the action by clicking OK in the pop-up window

The refund will be initiated and typically processed within 2 business days, but it may take up to 3 business days at most.
