How Do I Process A Mobile Check Deposit On Behalf Of A Resident

1. In your Prisma account, navigate to “Payments” on the left-hand side.
2. Click on the “Check Deposit” tab.
3. To ensure the check is processed correctly, please review the provided guidelines. Click “Got it” to continue.
4. Select the Property and Lease.

Upload From Computer

If you want to upload the check images from your computer, follow the steps below:

1. Upload both the front and back images of the check.
2. Review the Routing Number, Account Number, Check Number and Amount to ensure they are accurate. If you need to edit, click “Edit”
3. Confirm the payment details by checking the box, then click “Submit.”

Utilize QR Code

If you want to take a picture of the check images from your mobile device, follow the steps below:

To deposit a check using your phone:

1. Scan the provided QR code.
2. Review the guidelines for check processing, then tap “Got it.”
3. Take a photo of the front of the check.
4. Take a photo of the back of the check.
5. Review the Routing Number, Account Number, Check Number and Amount to ensure they are accurate. If you need to edit, click “Edit”
6. Confirm the payment details by checking the box, then tap “Submit.”
