How Do I Mark A Parcel Received On Behalf Of A Resident

  1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Parcels’ on the left hand side
  2. A list of all the parcels that haven’t been updated to ‘Received’ will be shown. Once you locate the parcel you want to update to ‘Received’, click on the three dots located under the ‘Action’ column, and then select the ‘Received’ button
