In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
Once you locate the resident you want to impersonate, click the ‘Actions’ button in the Action column and select ‘Impersonate’ icon (A person symbol)
After selecting ‘Impersonate Resident’, you will be directed to the resident’s dashboard. Here, you can choose the ‘Pay Nowt’ option to initiate the payment process
Next, complete the necessary information in the provided fields, select the checkbox to confirm their agreement, and then click the ‘Submit’ button to finalize the payment process
