How Do I Deactivate A Resident

1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
2. Once you locate the resident you want to edit, click the three dots in the ‘Action’ column and select ‘Edit Profile’
3. Check the ‘Deactivate Resident’ check box and click ‘Submit’

The resident will no longer have access to the Prisma Resident Portal.
