*How Do I Deactivate A Resident

1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
2. Once you locate the resident you want to send an invitation to, click the ‘Actions’ button in the Action column and select ‘Edit Profile’ icon (A pencil symbol)
3. Check the ‘Deactivate Resident’ check box and click ‘Submit’

The resident will no longer have access to the Prisma Resident Portal.
