1. In your Prisma account, navigate to “Payments” on the left-hand side.
  2. Click on the “Transactions” tab.
  3. Use available filters such as Resident Name, Auth Code, or Date Range to search for the transaction.
  4. Once you locate the transaction, click the Transaction ID to open the payment details.
  5. If the “Refund Payment” button appears at the top of the screen, the transaction is eligible for a refund.

Important Note

  1. The “Refund Payment” button becomes available 5 business days after the original payment date.
  2. This holding period ensures the payment has settled and helps prevent refunds on transactions that may be subject to late returns or bank-related delays.
  3. Once this period has passed, the refund option will automatically appear for eligible transactions.
