Skip to content
- In your Prisma account, navigate to “Payments” on the left-hand side.
- Click on the “Transactions” tab.
- Use available filters such as Resident Name, Auth Code, or Date Range to search for the transaction.
- Once you locate the transaction, click the Transaction ID to open the payment details.
- If the “Refund Payment” button appears at the top of the screen, the transaction is eligible for a refund.
Important Note
- The “Refund Payment” button becomes available 5 business days after the original payment date.
- This holding period ensures the payment has settled and helps prevent refunds on transactions that may be subject to late returns or bank-related delays.
- Once this period has passed, the refund option will automatically appear for eligible transactions.
