How Do I Compose An Email Message To A Resident

  1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
  2. Once you locate the resident you want to message, click the three dots in the ‘Action’ column and select ‘Compose Message’
  3. Enter the subject and message you want to send. Once done, click ‘Add’
  4. The resident will receive the message in their Prisma Resident Portal under the ‘Messages’ section
