- In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Messages’ on the left hand side
- Click the three dots on the far right side of the screen and select ‘Compose’
- In the ‘Property’ dropdown, select the property. You may also filter by resident status or anybody that has a balance
- Next, you will enter the ‘Subject’ of the message along with the ‘Body’ of the massage
- Once you have composed your message, you may choose to send a test, save the message as a template to use again or send your message
