1. Auto Pay is set to run automatically at 4:00 AM EST each day, except if your Property Management Software is Rentmanager, in which case it runs at 6:00 AM EST daily.

  2. If an Auto Pay failure occurs, the system will automatically retry processing the payment for four consecutive days.

  3. After the fourth attempt, if the Auto Pay is unsuccessful, the resident will need to make an ad hoc payment by logging into their Prisma account and initiating a one time payment.
