- In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
- Once you locate the resident you want to impersonate, click the ‘Actions’ button in the Action column and select ‘Impersonate’ icon (A person symbol)
- After selecting ‘Impersonate Resident’, you will be directed to the resident’s dashboard. Here, you can choose the ‘Pay Nowt’ option to initiate the payment process
- Next, complete the necessary information in the provided fields, select the checkbox to confirm their agreement, and then click the ‘Submit’ button to finalize the payment process
