1. In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Residents’ on the left hand side
  2. Once you locate the resident you want to send an invitation to, click the ‘Actions’ button in the Action column and select ‘Send Invite’ icon (An envelope with an arrow symbol)
  3. A pop up window will appear asking if you are sure you want to send the invite. Click ‘Ok’
  4. The resident will receive an email with a link to register on the resident portal

Note: The resident must have an email address on file for you to send them an invite. If the resident does not, please refer to the ‘How Do I Edit A Residents Profile’ to add the email address.
