Plaid Errors
Error Message: The login details of this item have changed (credentials, MFA, or required user action) and a user login is required to update this information.
Action Needed: The resident’s bank account credentials have been updated. Upon clicking “Ok,” a Plaid window will open, prompting the resident to securely log in and reauthorize their connection to their bank account.
Error Message: Couldn’t Connect To Your Instituion
Action Needed: This error message indicates that Plaid was unable to establish a connection with the selected bank. This may happen if the bank does not currently support Plaid integrations or if there are temporary connectivity issues between Plaid and the institution. If this occurs, the resident can contact support at help@goprisma.com, and our team will coordinate with Plaid to investigate the issue. If an immediate payment is required, the resident should use an alternative bank account that is compatible with Plaid, or select a different available payment method.
