*How Do I View All Resident Payments
- In your Prisma account, navigate to ‘Payments’ on the left hand side
- Click on the ‘Transactions’ button
- A list of all the transactions will be shown. Utilize the search bar to filter transactions by name, amount or auth ID
- You may also use other filter options displayed
- To view the details of a transaction, click the ‘View’ (eye icon) in the ‘Action’ column
