What Payments Types Are Allowed By Resident Status?
Prisma automatically updates Resident and Payment status from AIM every night. When a resident signs into their Prisma Resident Portal, Prisma retrieves the latest Resident and Payment status in real time, delivering the most current information available.

* Residents should use the cash payment feature via MoneyGram or select another available payment method through the Prisma Resident Portal. This ensures faster, more secure processing of your payment.
**Mobile Check Deposit availability will vary by property.
If payments are restricted, when the resident logs into the portal, they will be informed payments are blocked and to contact their Property Manager.
Exception: During a takeover, residents may submit payments using any method, amount, or date until the start of the first full rent cycle. For example, if the takeover occurs on 07/20/2025, residents can make payments of any kind through 09/01/2025.
