- In your Prisma account, go to “Payments” on the left-hand side
- Click on the “Transactions” tab.
- Use available filters such as Resident Name, Auth Code, or Date Range to search for the transaction.
- Click the Transaction ID to open the payment details
- If eligible, click “Refund Payment” at the top of the screen
- Confirm the action by clicking OK in the pop-up window
The refund will be initiated and typically processed within 2 business days, but it may take up to 3 business days at most.
